How to aquire a general?

I'm fairly new to this game but i have most of the basics down. i was in a preety good game a while ago and my enemy somehow had a general and almost changed the whole course of the game. How do you get a general I couldnt figure it out!

Purchase premium.

You need to purchase Primium.

Premium needs to be purchased.

Your purchase needs to be premium.

What rank was your opponent?Because I think that in the rank he was the general was useless.

Oh yeah good point.

More specifically you need the exclusive weapon package (which comes along with premium but can't be bought separately).
