How can a message change before my eyes?

A message was typed "ez" on the chat to then instantly changed to "it".
How is this possible?

Was it on help chat? If on help chat perhaps a mod removed "ez" and the person typing typed "it". In this manner it could be just coincidence.

IDK what else it might be, that's the only thing I can think of.

Some keyboards have an auto correct on them. I am not sure how it could mistake "ez" with "it" but it's a possibility.

Not sure how this happen tho, most likely what Zenith said. Were you staring at the message when it changed? Did you saw it dissaparearing for a bit? Did you moved between lobbies / games?

I was in the game chat. "ez" showed then in a flash "it" appeared, asif it was changed.
