Add Seasons/Climate to map maker

Climate or weather is always an important factor in wars, thats why it should be added to Atwar, relax now, its not so complicated (i think).

For each country you should be able to pick what climate it has just like you can select if it will be a no go or not.
Each climate will have its advantage/disadvantage, for example desert climate could give -1 range or something or like +10 upkeep to units that were in that land on the start of the turn.

Also another big factor are seasons, in scenario editor you can pick what events to give to each faction in each turn, well same can be made for seasons, you could just tick what season you want it to be in certain turn, you could also exclude coutries from its effects (e.g desert areas wont be affected by winter) just like you do it when you dont want certain countries to make certain units, this could be very usefull for wwii to simulate the russian winter, winter could give like -2 movement to units effected or like -1 att/def (all of this is flexible to suggestions)

This would make the game much much better and would improve possibilities of mapmaking.

If you have any suggestions dont be shy to share them as i would really love to hear your ideas for this.

Just disallow people from making some factions horribly inable to do anything.

I think we should have climates but it shouldn't be too complicated.

It sounds complicated but anyone that has ever used mapmaker will realise how simple this is to use (im not sure how simple it is to implement though)

If it gets implemented exactly like you said then it'll be easy to work with, and fun I guess
