How do I insert a picture into a post

I know to use the UBBcode thing but it just gives me some text

Put in the [img] tag. In-between them (opening and closing tags), paste the address of the image you want to post. And no, it can't be on your local drive, has to be on the internet. Use TinyPic or something for that, then copy the direct link.
