Some sort of mass production order?

A lot of the time in places like europe where you occupy a number of low production cities it doesn't seem worth it to have 4 different cities produce 1 tank each. If there was a way to order all of the cities in a selected area to produce the same type of unit after which you could just drag them out of their cities it would save a ton of time. Just an idea and it could obviously not be worth it to implement if there wasn't a simple way of going about it.

Automation options will be available in one of the nearest updates.

Also setting rally points for those orders will be essential.

Keyboard Shortcuts would be helpful too: In the cities window (the star button that shows which cities can still build units) Pressing a letter and clicking should automatically build there, instead of having to open up each individual city page

Perhaps with an profile option to bind that keys new, if possible and not too much work ((wants to bring his new LG G510 in for an advantage))

Nope, and I don't really see the point of it, really. We will, however, make it possible to define a destination point for your units for more than 1 turn.
