Some ideas for players if you need them.

Prometheus - Find a rank 8- that can beat Prome consistently in duels. Good luck.
Godenkind. - Underated by my opinion in the dueling world, has low elo but some serious skill.
Ohm - This low rank rose to the scene by his incredible win in the Noob Tourney. He started off as a rank 4, by the end of the tourney he was rank 6. Definitely got a good future in atWar.
Wazp - I had to include myself, but seriously, I can beat pretty much anyone r7 or lower in a standard EU+ duel.
Jozias- also got some serious talent for a rank 6 but I haven't seen him play much.

EDIT: Tizini - also a very strong player.
