the difference between 3v3's and scenarios is that one is balanced and the other one is incredibly imbalanced. its so easy to win as prussia in that gay ww1 you always seem to play...

world games are nice and all, but if you ally everyone around you, thats not skill, thats buttfucking eachother. you should make adioli play against mauzer or desu on the world map, he would get his ass handed to him, 100%.

I criticize depending on whatever category i choose to.For me world even in 50k is one of the most difficult maps if you dont ally anyone.So yeah he is in my top 10 and also no i agree if you beat someone who is very good it doesnt mean you better or best.

anyway, two points, first- you cant draw any conclusions when only 5 people voted. need atleast 30-40 imo.

and second, since there is no literature on old players, i doubt players who joined at 2014 and 2015 can have a complete opinion on the best players in history of aw.

Lets make this shit real (just from personal exp tho..)

First 3 places, Mauzer, Chess and Tophats. There is no order, they cant be compared. They are the best in their own game, play style. (idgaf how you gonna give them points)
4. Eagle. Active since forever, constant, at spammer.
5. Laochra. Above average number of brain cells.
6. Trollvis. All around player. Fuck you.
7. Goblin. Erm, second best duelist and one of the best rushers?
8. Acq. Smart player, was weird. By weird i mean that i never knew whats his next move..
9. SF. Read above ^
10. EaglesTheSpammer. I just hated him..

Reasons why some players havent been included that maybe deserve some of these 10 places areee.. well, either i havent watched/played with you enough games, or you live in Kebabiland, a place located east/southeast from Greece.

1. Tophats - King of duel. Overwhelm opponents at his prime
2. Mauzer - Best CW player. Always bring up with new team plays. Led MK well
3. Chess - Best late game player
4. Laochra - The only Irish not drunk
5. Clovis - Well rounded player with respectful spirit
6. Eagle - Best west player in 3v3
7. Buffalo Soldier - Most underrated player
8, Zone - Once troubled AW with blitz Ukr
9. Acquiesce - Slow and steady
10. Panteri - Good

I don't need to give explanation to anyone... but to keep it short:

1. My list is subjective as this thread is supposed to be.
2. I enjoy talking with hdrakon and mare regardless of their behavior.
3. 2nd position was a joke because I didn't knew who to put at #10. Originally waffel but he was inactive, now he is active but I've already put acqui... sorry waffel.
4. I enjoy playing with panteri, opi and potatoes (Laochra).
5. I really like darkmace's contributions and I also think that Hugosch is doing an awesome job since he came back. Would probably rank up some spots to hugo now.
6. it is quite obvious why croat made it to the list.
7. I didn't include old people like eagles, acq, etc because I have a long time without play with them.

What is REALLY bothering me is the people who are commenting on someone's top choices saying "This guy is a noob" and right after that making a list with the people that THEY THINK are better players.

Like they aren't being subjective at all.

I believe this thread is just for the people that you think are the best for you. If you want to objectively determine who is the strongest player of all the times then you need to look at the indicators made to determine so. For example:

1. Lifetime ELO peaks:



2. Players with most tournaments badges (imo best indicator):



3. Seasonal duelists winners:



4. Best W/L ratio in duels
1. Caulerpa?
2. Goblin??

5. Seasonal ELO peaks (A little inaccurate due to the relative begin of the duel seasons... will become accurate in a couple of seasons)



Sure every system have its flaws, but theses indicators are still more accurate than most of the supposed 'lists' in this thread. There is a reason about why people like mauzer or even some old ones like trollface, learster, desu, pera, etc aren't on any of the indicators. Get over it.

For the record, you won a duel most inactive season on atwar since.. idk, begining of dueling by seasons? this season is not really an indicator, that picture annoy me. Not envy. Just pure annoying thing. Also cant be legit indicator of even being the best duelist.
About win/lose ratio, just like dalmaty is the best clan ever. Still... And they will be there.. forever.
