Once and for all i want to settle this section in cws today i played sa,and cn and i dced in both cws early turns and neither of them wanted to tie with us so am i the only sucker who respects a dc or do other clans do i just want to know who to respect and who not to when it comes to dces also b4 enything is said im talking about legit dces not refreshing to change my moves or something

I am all about drawing clans up until turn 3. After a turn 3 DC I will not tie.. I think in the CW you DCed in, it was pretty clear you lost and I believe it was turn 4? I might be wrong.

Illy will usually tie. Unless game is obviously lost or you are behaving like a prick.

first of all u only won due to my dc it was t3 and game was wide open second of all he didnt rewall he just added a second big wall t2 get ur facts straight and last but not least i already said i was talking in general about dces and what clans respect them or not

We will always tie, unless it's completely obvious that the other team would have lost, even if they hadn't disconnected.

I am witness to this yes, whenever we cwed kaliraa and his clan, they always tied us.

Youve 2 choices, you can either rage about it or you can identify the rewallers and employ countermeasures(wallbreak and wf). you chose option 1 and punished the rest of the clan for it.

also just because some1 rewalled its not on the same scale as not giving a draw witch is an auto loss for the whole team as for rewalling it was never a rule most of us dont use it and for those who do its up to them and their morale compass same goes for the draw u dont have to give it but its the decent thing to do at least till turn 4 i would say.

Well, first two turns should be always tied if someone accidently dc'd no matter if he was a bad boy or not. And later.. in duels for example, if you are playing against a fair and respectable player which means he probably didnt dc'd on purpose (rf/losing or some other reason), aslo should tie. But cunts? no.. dont tie. KILL THEM ALL !!

i really don't give a crap about what u think, i play with internet via a hot spot on my phone and the connection isn't always predictable i am a respectable guy and wouldn't do something like fake dc in rl let alone a dumb game. so fuck off

edit: i was winning a game with khal and i dced but he wouldnt give me a tie.

Now on topic:

I have to agree with GoW about how sad the sportmanship has become between competitive players in this game. Back in the days when PL was active how many cws did we lose bcs of plato/time and people not willing to tie us, illyria was also one of those who didnt tie us sometimes. But for the most part it were disrespectfull clans who didn't tie. for example SM always tied with us, even if they had winning lead or w/e. Its not fair to say you guys have winning lead and the dc wouldn't make a difference.. perhaps instead of DC he could've tbed transports and killed 15/30/45 troops (if rushing) you may never know. As laochra said above, because someone rewalled before isnt a reason to just shamefully disrespect this competitive rule. Its the same as no WF turn 1. Everybody deserves fairplay.

Oh and btw Gow. I remember u dueling ars moriendi and he dced turn 2/3 and u said it was fake and u wouldnt tie him. Now I find it lame u are making a thread about this because the same thing happened to you. But hey, hypocrisy is his name.

I will tie usually if it is before first reinf. That said I have seen respect levels deteriorate lately. Just don't cw people you don't have a good respect level with I guess.
