Hello guys,
I think we should mark leavers
My suggestion:
Add a alternative function to players profile which let mark them as leaver.
For the proof we can use screen shots.
Everything can be transparent we can see when he is marked by someone, who did mark him and screenshots as proof.

Just mark them for yourself: ban from your hosted games and/or own maps/scenarios.

If people would be less abusive with their micro-powers, then I could agree with such a direct system. But you aren't.

First of all, i cannot ban all leavers or mark them.
None can abuse
Everyone can see who marked a player as the leaver, when he marked and screenshots.
If you want to let him play in spite of these facts you can do none stops you.

This method is NOT based on "facts" but on peoples (unilateral) decision.
Like REP, worth nothing.

Only way for now (to be realistic) is to inform map owners (with evidence) that someone is leaver on their scenario/map and ask for ban... and direct ban from one's hosted games.

I don't mean ban players from your map or games.
Yes, people can use fake screenshots but it doesn't mean everyone will ban each other for that screenshots.
It is something just like record book.
Admins let players delete their old names and it makes harder to detect potential retard leavers and they ruin our games.

Rather an admin issue than mod.

we still need system that recognize those, so we can decide will them allow or not to play
