Is it fair to ban someone for a month just because they were spamming in room.

No it isn't fair at all.

They need to be banned for even longer.

For what I know, it depends on their history. Players who are recurrent to the misbehavior receives harder punishments.

I think it s fair if u have Aggravating Circumstances such as playing RP

I would like to know if the other ppl who were doing at that time got muted & the ppl that were swearing got muted. I asked for some evidence but i was not given that which leads me to believe i am the only one who got muted.
