Alternative to custom music: Personal Radio Stations.

So, there was an idea floating around for a while to include personal music in Maps/Scenarios. It was very thought out (Youtube streaming to avoid copyright and save bandwidth), but alas, it's been forgotten. So now, I propose this: Personal Radio Stations. They could be bought with Protocoins, SP, or awarded. On a Personal Radio station, you would be able to paste Youtube links into a playlist, and have them automatically play during a scenario/map if the player has the station on (Possibly have a pop-up box during country selection, suggesting using the station?). Stations would be named, and be organized by #, just like coalitions and accounts. They could be customizable visually, as well.

Anyway, you should able to put your own music you like, but okay this is up to admins
