It can be filled, but sadly not as fast as UN would get 6 players.

UN those 6 players will leave near turn 6 and are like r5-.At this days how can 3v3 and 2v2 fill when the rank limit is r9+?

Dont exaggerate that much 9+ is rarely hosted, its usually 6+, 7+, or 8+.
