Deleted countries map editor

In map editor, I deleted most of the countries of the default world map to make my map. But, I have changed my mind, and would like that some countries could come back.

Is there any option to do that, instead of copying the world map again and delete like 100 countries again ( which takes much more time... )?

No, there is a undo button, but I don't think it can bring lot's of stuff back

To undelete countries, it doesn't work.
