Hey what if we just got rid of all the upgrades? And strategies too? And why not premium to? Then everybody will be equal, and players who lose will have nothing to blame it on. After all you couldn't possibly win without all that.

Ah yes, and that is why I have a premium account, and thus I get the UPGRADE of having a general. That is my perk for spending money and if the cheap players don't like it then maybe they should spend some money on a premium account instead of whining about us players with generals and it being unfair. If they don't like it then they should host games with upgrades disabled, instead of trying to get rid of an upgrade that myself and other players have earned.

First of all, the main reason I made this topic is, general used to be FREE for everybody. Only the SP discount on upgrades + strategies were for premium/making games was for premium, anything now with settings till global and stuff, WAS FOR PREMIUM. Your telling players not to buy the general package then. and take out 1/3 of the upgrade out as well. so every high rank is just in a cloth of a rank 9

Nope? I am making an possibilty for the low rank players who like to play a game without starting with an disadvantage because maybe they cant affort it, but still love to play this game.

I like the idea... would be a way for non-premium players to throw down against a premium player... what's wrong with that? No one is forcing the premium player to give up the general, it's just a way of leveling the playing field as an option.

Yes but my point is, not everybody likes to play without strategies/upgrades.
I know the update no strategies/upgrades is similiar to this, but the point is, not much games with those upgrades are played.
And this allows to play people without general and take a look at how hard it could be to have range failling without the general faster upgrades
and having an HUGE advantage with those +1 +2 +3 upgrades for troops and stacks.

Doesn't the no upgrades option already make generals irrelevant to gameplay? My apologies if I'm wrong but that is my understanding.

What I would like is making the no strategies/upgrades option available to non-premium members, since the folks that don't have premium are the ones that need those options most...

i understand where some ppl are coming from but that is the point of premium though, more incentives,more options.. just saying.

me too i work hard about 3 month to get that general package. just to get a freaking 10$ worth and kred to purchase the general package because i ran out of upgrade to purchase, and MOS made fun f me because he have higher elo than me , which was actually due to his general. that was whe i was non-premim i was bullied. i din't do the translation btw. mei was using kred from kongregate.

Not a free general, just a no general 'option'... this is done already in a way, when players kick premium players... so it's just giving them a way of playing premium players on a level playing field.

Well seeing as how there is the option to disable strategies and upgrades why shouldn't this be an option? The general with the upgrades can be a forced to be reckon with and you have to pay for it does put free players at a disadvantage somewhat. So I support this as a game option.

What? after i busted my ass complaining about making the general premium and having to pay my fucking money to have that pay2win feature, now any low level empty-pockets rp'er with a more rank than dick cm can stop me from playing with it???

I think make it an option only for premiums as non premium will abuse it.
