Invisible Russia

At least 3 times before have I seen Russia invisible in Colonial Empires.Not only Russia but I have seen Spanish Empire and Austrians as invisible.Trust me,the players are there and playing,they are just invisible.
P.S.Not only Colonial Empires but a variety of scenarios
