Bugging forum threads

Ok i dont usually like to report people but this guy http://atwar-game.com/users/profile.php?user_id=1285534 bugged this forum thread http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=33359

Is this legal? Its not even about that specific thread he destroyed but he literally disabled the "new posts" option, which most of us use to check on new posts.

Is this supposed to be funny somehow?

Whatever if a mod could take the time to delete his posts from that thread would be lovely, thank you. And maybe a warn/mute/ban is warranted?
