Best way to get SP?

What is the best way to get SP? What maps should I play? Or should I try to get badges? How does Vict0ry do it?
I need the sub capacity upgrade and marine range upgrade soon.

Make map with 50 general and some 1985109313 stack splitted between cities kill 1 city par turn and then delete the map so mods wont be able to check it D
