How do you report players?

For the second day in a row i have seen the same player make a 2 on 1 game where someone keeps rejoining to lose on purpose (Deliberately start next to two powerful countries so they can spam air transports and take the capital by week 4)....the person who loses on purpose is always rank 2 or below but the name does seem to change from time to time.

Type "/report [your message here]". A message will appear with the number of mods online at the moment.
Example:

If there's none online, you can take an screenshot of what you need to report and send them to any active mod by PM, here's a list of them:

Might as well ask here too...is it against the rules for a high level player to have other low level accounts for the purpose of playing in the beginner room (usually to get easy wins against newbies)?

Yes, don't do this please.

Just experienced a freaking SP farming, the host purposely customized the map where he could easily win without any effort, what can you advice regarding this...

I'd suggest not joining such game if it was that obvious....
