2nd Hearts of Iron tournament?

I'm thinking for a while now about hosting a second Heart of Iron: atWar Edition, the first scenario tournament hosted in atWar. Basically the same rules, but new prizes and new trophies.

Have you not learned from past daramas, surely you need to change plenty of rules to make it enjoyable.
