Tunder needs to fix a few things before we even start playing this again. The old balance has been reset. There's a few things that need to be fixed and restored immediately or games will be rubbish. The rest can be sorted out through trial and error. The merged canada and australia is new.

1. china has 156 spawn and roughly 1600 income and japan has 217 spawn and roughly 3400 income. Give china + 700 income and another 30 spawn. Reduce jap by about 20 spawn. Target those coastal countries in front of taiwan and vietnam.
2. Give thailand + 500 income
3. Usa pacific and naval jap dynamic worked very well on the old map.

- Usa pacific had 8k starting cash and 3800 country income. Now its down to 1600 and 5k starting cash. make hawaii 500 income and add the rest to the american countries as it was on the last map
- Naval jap had 6k starting cash, 2700 country income and started with 2 free aircraft carriers. It also had 2 generals. This all needs to be restored. bring the island Truk up to 500 income. Add the rest to the homecountry and the 2 islands south and southwest of japan. Also readd the kuma destroyer to naval japan. It has 180 base cost and is main naval attack - so its affected by nc.

4. +700 income to manstein.
5. +300 income to romania.
6. +200 each to siberia and volga incomes. Dont forget to readd the trucks/trains if you haven't already.
7. Add 20 event conscripts to both moscow and stalingrad t1.

Russia mans/romania dynamic will need more work. Im not sure about the others but i believe america/germ dynamic remained largely unchanged when we last played it.
