Replace General discussion with Off-topic

For too long I have kept this in my head. But now I have to tell you all about it.

General discussion literally has no intellectual discussions. It's just a place where people come and talk about nothing related to the game.



Then there is Off-topic. The bastion of free speech and intellectual discourse.



I say we do away with General discussion altogether, since it serves no purpose. Off-topic is more than enough.
