If i put marines in a plane will they still be in stealth when redeployed?

He see plane with number of invisable units, but enemy dont know what exactly of stealth unit are there, it could be stealth plane, it could be marine, or submarine

Why didn't you try that out yourself? And to answer your question: Yes, they will remain in stealth.
