Since the change to HTML5 I have lost MANY turns and arguably some games due to the above-mentioned errors. Other players have complained about the same. It starts with lag, then more lag after about two turns with freezes/lag I get a long freeze and I get booted and when I re-join all moves are lost and I'm way behind, like 30s left in the next turn. It seems like my computer is falling behind the game and eventually crashes? This happened on Edge, Chrome, IE the browser doesn't seem to matter. I have tried clearing cache, no improvement. I like At-War however this is frustrating me to the point where it is a waste of time playing it anymore. Is anyone else experiencing something this bad? Do you know of a fix? Thanks.

My computer is not new. Here's what I got:
Windows 7 Service Pack 1
Intel i5 M520 @ 2.40GHz
3GB Ram
32-bit
Around 300GB Hard drive I think

The weird part is I play from another computer (about 6 months old, Windows 10) in the same house and the same thing happens ... exactly the same way. It seemed to improved slightly after clearing cache ... or maybe it was a coincidence. I will try to clear cache often and see if its better. Still think this is an awesome game, just would like to solve this problem.

But... it doesn't happen to everyone... I've particularly haven't had any problem at all...

I have had the problem off and on for 2-3 weeks now. Not everytime I am on, since I play mostly casual games, but has been more frequent than I care for.

I've changed the errors to be more subtle (i.e. instead of showing the popup dialog it now logs a system message in chat, depending on a severity).

Yes, Thanks for the changes. It has been much better the last few days! I saw the new chat message and got kicked once but it has happened just the one time so much improved! Also very little freezing which was the beginning of the problem, and also very annoying.
