What does this means?? (Map editor)

When I enter the map editor, a message is displayed on top: "This is a preview version of the editor. Saving is currently disabled"

what does that mean?

That only the Silverlight Map editor is available, not the HTML5.

Them I have to download the silverlight version to use it?

I cant edit maps in silverlight version >> In map editor i clic on "create map", than on "create" but doesn't open, there is some reason?

By the way: If i install windowns 2000 it will works? like it sayd in " Option 3: Play with another browser
