Thank you mods for providing the forum with another meme sub-forum.

The rational behind this is fairly simple... and it was posted both in forums, and in the rules, with an explanation in the guidelines, so it was crystal clear.

However, i'll repeat it here as it's worth mentioning:

There are 2 situations in which open discussion would be inappropriate...

1) New players who said something offensive, acknowledge it was inappropriate, and made or are making their amends.
2) Attention seekers/destructive players who know what they did, and are using the discussion to gain attention and notoriety.

Since openly discussing both of the above would counter the intent of having open discussions, the request MUST be sent privately first.

Hope this makes sense, but send me a private message if it doesn't and i'll try and clarify, as there was a lengthy discussion by mods and admins on how to make open discussions work ♥
