What is unacceptable on Chatcommand and/or The Forum?

Okay, so in the game rules it says keep it PG-13. But there is a wide range to PG-13 are we talking 80s (Sixteen Candles is rated PG-13 and they show boobs in there)? Or like Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone? And a lot of people talk R or even X sometimes.
