Duel Tournament Poll

The first option is self explanatory, however, with option two we'd group the top 32 players together in terms of elo and then the bottom 32 would play against each other (still single elimination). Then, the top 8 or 4 from each group, whichever you prefer, would move on to the finals with a leaving us with a 16 or 8 man single elimination tournament. Any feedback is appreciated!

In addition to Madara, we decided to give you this option to pick until tournament starts (Tomorrow at 00:00 - European time)
Option with most votes will decide for bracket look.

Also, doesnt matter which of these 3 you pick, hosts decided that pairs will be randomly picked.

I like the 2 groups of 32 kinda makes it more interesting, but I don't agree with it being the top half elo in one group. That group will Most likely have the more talented players and ofc you want the best players in the finals :/

If option 2 groups (of 32 players) wins, players in each group can also be picked randomly, independently of players elo or rank.

Thank you for comment, we are trying to assume all wants and suggestions for this so we satisfie most players.
You have to know, this is one of biggest tournaments in last period and it is pretty hard to fit all wishes in one, cause some are contradicotry.

We will keep ur wish in mind

That is what we will probably do.
You pick bracket look, we will do random mix of players and random pick of pairs.
I think that is most fair, because no one likes when somebody is making pairs on his own, especially when they are picked by elo/skill.

Votes are over, you have chosen tournament organization:




It will be organized with 2 groups of 32 players.
8 players from each group (16 from both) will proceed to the final stage of Duel tournament.

Both groups and all pairs will be picked RANDOMLY.

But has anyone considered perhaps a round robin style tournament? More perhaps for smaller tournaments that can function with points instead of the usual single elimination.
